Phase-Out for Make Today Delicious. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SnackCo IPCo hereby grants to GroceryCo IPCo from the Distribution Date until the third anniversary of the Distribution Date a non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty-free and non-transferable license to use and display the MAKE TODAY DELICIOUS tag line in those jurisdictions where this tag line is in use as at the Distribution Date.
