Phase Two—Formal Application. 1) Upon receipt of a formal application package, the Accreditation Team must initially review it and make a determination of its acceptability. The SOE should be established with the Accreditation Team considering the feasibility with respect to logic of sequence, timeliness of events, completeness of events, and inspector availability. 2) When the application is acceptable, the accreditation process continues with an in-depth examination of the package during the document compliance phase.
