Phase VIII Delivery and Installation Sample Clauses

Phase VIII Delivery and Installation. Artist shall notify the City in writing when the fabrication of the Work is completed and begin coordination with DEN Arts, Operations, Ground Transportation, Airline partners, FAA, TSA, and any other necessary stakeholders for the installation process. The completed Work shall be delivered to the site in compliance with an installation plan coordinated and approved by DEN Arts. Artist shall provide a plaque at the Site, according to Exhibit D (“Plaque Specifications”).
