• Counterparts and Facsimile Signatures This Agreement and any and all other documents or instruments referred to herein may be executed with counterpart signatures, all of which taken together shall constitute an original without the necessity of all parties signing each document. This Agreement may also be executed by signatures to facsimile or electronic transmittal documents in lieu of an original, machine-generated or copied document.

• Counterparts and Facsimile Signature This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile signature.

• COUNTERPARTS; FACSIMILE AND SIGNATURES This Settlement Agreement may be executed in counterparts and by facsimile or pdf signature, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same document.

• COUNTERPARTS; FACSIMILE/E-SIGNATURES This Settlement Agreement may be executed in counterparts and by facsimile or e- signatures, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same document.

• Counterparts and Facsimile For the convenience of the parties hereto, this Agreement may be executed in any number of separate counterparts, each such counterpart being deemed to be an original instrument, and all such counterparts will together constitute the same agreement. Executed signature pages to this Agreement may be delivered by facsimile and such facsimiles will be deemed as sufficient as if actual signature pages had been delivered.

• Email You acknowledge that we are able to send electronic mail to you and receive electronic mail from you. You release us from any claim you may have as a result of any unauthorised copying, recording, reading or interference with that document or information after transmission, for any delay or non-delivery of any document or information and for any damage caused to your system or any files by a transfer.

• Facsimile Signatures The facsimile signature of any party to this Agreement shall constitute the valid and binding execution hereof by such party.

• FACSIMILE SUBMISSIONS Unless specifically prohibited by the terms of the Bid Specifications, facsimile Bids may be SUBMITTED AT THE SOLE OPTION AND RISK OF THE BIDDER. Only the FAX number(s) indicated in the Bid Specifications may be used. Access to the facsimile machine(s) is on a “first come, first serve” basis, and the Commissioner bears no liability or responsibility and makes no guarantee whatsoever with respect to the Bidder’s access to such equipment at any specific time. Bidders are solely responsible for submission and receipt of the entire facsimile Bid by the Authorized User prior to Bid opening and must include on the first page of the transmission the total number of pages transmitted in the facsimile, including the cover page. Incomplete, ambiguous or unreadable transmissions in whole or in part may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Commissioner. Facsimile Bids are fully governed by all conditions outlined in the Bid Documents and must be submitted on forms or in the format required in the Bid Specifications, including the executed signature page and acknowledgment.

• Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same document. This Agreement may be executed by facsimile signatures.

• FACSIMILE REPRESENTATIONS The County and the Contractor hereby agree to regard facsimile representations of original signatures of authorized officers of each party, when appearing in appropriate places on the Amendments prepared pursuant to sub-paragraph 8.1, and received via communications facilities, as legally sufficient evidence that such original signatures have been affixed to Amendments to this Master Agreement, such that the parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents with subsequent (non-facsimile) transmission of “original” versions of such documents.
