Common use of Phone Number Clause in Contracts

Phone Number.  The party giving notice will provide notice in writing, dated and signed by a duly authorized representative of that party. Notice is not effective for any purpose whatsoever unless served in one of the following manners: If notice is given by personal delivery, it is deemed delivered on the day of delivery. If notice is given by overnight delivery service, it is deemed delivered one day after date deposited, as indicated by the delivery service. If notice is given by United States mail, it is deemed delivered three days after date deposited as indicated by the postmarked date. If notice is given by registered or certified mail with postage prepaid, return receipt requested, it is deemed delivered on the day the notice is signed for.
