Photo and Video consent. It is a condition that by registering for this event, you consent to the publication of photos and/or video and or/audio of yourself and any minor you represent, with no compensation for such use, to be used on the (BC) website in line with our privacy policy and or on social media websites. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Blue Chip events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of TSC and Blue Chip. You release TSC and Blue Chip, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Blue Chip or the person or entity designated to do so by TSC and Blue Chip. You have been advised to read this Photo and Video consent policy and therefore fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. Your entry fee is invested into the cost of staging the event – everything from barriers to venue booking, from printing to safety pins, marketing, not to mention event, insurance, First Aid cover etc. etc. Organising any event requires a considerable amount of forward planning, risk and expense. Our withdrawal policy reflects this and is as follows:  Registration fees or other registration details cannot be transferred  Credits will be issued after the event and as follows:  Notification dated 8 weeks (61 days) or more before the event = 50% credit  Notification dated 4 weeks to 8 weeks (30 to 60 days) before event = 20% credit  Notification dated less than 4 weeks (29 days) before event = nil credit  Refunds take about 5 days to complete from receiving a cancellation notice  Due to the nature of sports events, we are unable to make exceptions for injuries or pregnancy. Once we have received your written withdrawal notice, your entry will be deleted from the Race. If we receive your withdrawal notice less than 4 weeks (29 days) before event your entry will be deleted from the Race and you will not be able to re-entre.
