Photo/Video Release. The Resident hereby grants Humber and University of Guelph-Humber, and all those acting on its authorized behalf, the permission to publish and/or display in various Humber and University of Guelph-Humber publications, websites and promotional materials, images of the Resident, for the purposes of promoting the College and/or University, the Residence and Student Success and Engagement. If the Resident does not wish to grant the right to publish their person, the Resident must advise the Residence Office prior to moving in by sending an email to the appropriate Residence Office.
Photo/Video Release. Participant agrees that Stanford may record, edit, use, reproduce, publish and distribute by way of any and all media and transmission, the visual and/or audio likeness of Participant and other commentaries, information, and materials the Participant may provide in connection with the Program, which includes, without limitation, Participant’s name, biographical information, recorded voice, likeness, commentaries, presentation materials, and/or performance at the Program. Stanford is further granted permission to use such materials for educational, fund-raising, promotional or other purposes worldwide and in perpetuity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Photo/Video Release. You give us permission to use any photograph, likeness, image or video taken of you while you are using property common areas or participating in any event sponsored by us.
Photo/Video Release. I consent to photographs/video taken of me during my participation at the ski resort, and to publication of the photographs/video by the Operators for advertising, promotional and marketing purposes. I release the Operator from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise which may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or video and the publication thereof. I also waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

Photo/Video Release. 1. By participating in the Event, You will be taking part in activities where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
2. By registering for the Event, You consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Xxxxxxxx, its affiliates and representatives.
3. You agree that Xxxxxxxx may use Your name, image, likeness, appearance, and voice, and all materials created by or on behalf of Xxxxxxxx that incorporate any of the foregoing (the “Materials”) in perpetuity throughout the world in any medium whatsoever without further consent from or royalty, payment, or other compensation to You.
4. In the event that You are registering a minor, You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor and agree that Xxxxxxxx may use the minor’s name, image, likeness, appearance, and voice in all Materials in perpetuity throughout the world in any medium whatsoever without further consent from or royalty, payment, or other compensation to You or the minor.
5. Xxxxxxxx will be exclusive owner of all rights in the Materials, including copyright. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar races or events in the future.
6. You release Xxxxxxxx including its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
7. By participating in the Event, You waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Xxxxxxxx or the person or entity designated to do so by Xxxxxxxx. You have been fully informed of Your consent, waiver of liability, and release before participating in this Event.
Photo/Video Release. For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant Skydive Dubai and its legal representatives and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Photographer”), the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and video images of me, or in which I may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium and in any jurisdiction, to alter the same without restriction, and to copyright the same. This includes any and all uses that the Photographer deems are necessary or desirable. I agree that any images purchased by me from the Photographer are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial gain, and that I may request commercial licensing information from Skydive Dubai by contacting ‘xx@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xx’ if I wish to use any images for that purpose. I hereby release the Photographer from all claims and liability relating to any photographs or video images of me.
Photo/Video Release. I give my permission to have photos and/or video recordings taken of me and/or the Minor during participation in Xxxxxxxxx Aquatics Programs. I FURTHER GRANT TO THE CITY OF XXXXXXXXX THE IRREVOCABLE, PERPETUAL, ROYALTY FREE, WORLD WIDE, SUBLICENSABLE AND UNRESTRICTED RIGHT TO USE AND PUBLISH MY AND/OR THE MINOR’S NAME, VOICE, LIKENESS, IMAGE, ANY PHOTOGRAPHS, OR ANY MATERIALS IN WHICH I/THE MINOR MAY BE INCLUDED, FOR EDITORIAL, TRADE, ADVERTISING, AND ANY OTHER PURPOSE AND IN ANY MANNER AND MEDIUM; and to alter and composite the same WITHOUT RESTRICTION AND WITHOUT MY INSPECTION OR APPROVAL. I hereby release the City of Xxxxxxxxx from all claims and liability relating to any of the foregoing, including but not limited to any claims based on rights of privacy or publicity.
Photo/Video Release. I acknowledge that the Released Parties may, for commercial purposes, take photographs and/or video of its patrons while using the Released Parties premises and operations which may render patrons readily identifiable in these images. I agree and grant permission to the Released Parties to use my likeness in photographs and/or video for advertising, publicity, or other commercial purpose(s) without receiving compensation and without restriction as to frequency and duration.
