Common use of Photography Clause in Contracts

Photography. The photographic rights for the Exhibition are reserved to Management, and photography in the Exhibition required by Exhibitors can be carried out at moderate charges by the Official Photographers (as designated by management) if desired. Exhibitors wishing to make their own arrangements for the photographing of their exhibit must apply to Management, whose permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Photography. No exposition vendor shall photograph another exhibitor’s booth, or any portion thereof, without permission of said exhibitor or show management.
