Suite measurements are based on gross calculations and include internal technical spaces.

(d) Cruise itinerary: we reserve the right to substitute or cancel scheduled ports of call, which, in our sole judgment and discretion, is justified for any reason, and to do so without liability for any loss whatsoever to guests as a result of said change(s).

(c) Noise, Vibration and Odour While We take reasonable steps to minimise noise, vibrations and odours on the cruise ships, You acknowledge and accept that some noise, vibration and intermittent odours may be experienced on vessels and that We will not be liable to You in relation to any such noise, vibration or odours.

Cruises a. Xxxxxxxxx.xxx rental car reservations are non-changeable, non-endorsable, non-transferable and non-refundable;
b. A valid Driver's License and credit card or, in the rental car company's discretion, a debit card, which is consistent with the transactional details provided to xxxxxxxxx.xxx, must be presented when a vehicle is picked-up at the designated location;
c. When picking up the vehicle, a credit card or, in the rental car company's discretion, a debit card, will be required for a security deposit and to pay for any additional ancillary charges (including insurance, child seats, gas, etc.).
d. All rentals will include Taxes, Fees, and Surcharges ("TFS") associated with the Time and Mileage (T&M) for the rental based on the timing and pick-up/drop-off of the rental; and
e. If you choose to add on a child seat, the charge for reserving an infant seat varies by the rental company that accepts your request and is over what you paid Priceline for your reservation. These charges are payable directly to the rental company. Priceline Cruises are offered through a partnership with World Travel Holdings, Inc. ("WTH"). Please note that these are sold separately to you by WTH. Priceline merely provides the platform through which you book the cruise. (e) Photography: Our Journeys offer some of the most spectacular and beautiful photographic scenery in the world. However, We cannot guarantee that every scene or highlighted featured in a Journey Brochure or Itinerary will be available on each Journey. No refund or other compensation will be available for any resulting missed scene or photographic “opportunity”.
(f) Smoking: Smoking is limited to designated smoking areas during Your Journey.
(i) You acknowledge that We may restrict smoking to specific times and locations during Your Cruise for the comfort of all passengers.
(ii) Smoking is not permitted on coaches or such other places as nominated by Us from time to time.
(iii) Although We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure there are opportunities for You to smoke during the Journey, We cannot guarantee such opportunities will be available.
(g) Noise, vibration and odour: While the Operators take reasonable steps to minimise noise, vibration and odours on the cruise vessels, You acknowledge and accept that some noise, vibration and intermittent odours may be experienced on vessels, and that We accept no responsibility, and will not be liable to You in relation to any such noise, vibration or odour.
