Physical Barrier. Once completed, the Improvements and Premises shall be accessible to the District from the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School Property, but shall be separated with a physical barrier from the school facilities located at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School Property.
