Lease of the Property. On the terms and conditions stated herein and in the Bid Specifications, where applicable, the Lessor hereby leases the above-described Property to the Lessee. The Lessee shall take possession of and use the Property for agriculture, as described more fully in section 4.0(a) below. The Lessee may not use the Property for any other purpose.

Lease of the Property. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions in this Lease, the Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the Lessor each Item of Property listed on Schedule 1 of each Certificate of Acceptance, effective on the Acceptance Date with respect to such Item of Property. No less often than once per calendar quarter (ending March, June, September and December of each year), the Lessee and the Lessor shall execute and deliver a Certificate of Acceptance with respect to any Item of Property (i) for which a Certificate of Acceptance has not previously been executed and delivered and (ii) which became subject to this Lease in the previous three months.
Lease of the Property. 1.1 Ground Lease of the Property; Ownership of Improvements. Landlord hereby leases the Property to Tenant, and Tenant hereby hires the Property from Landlord, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Ground Lease. Pursuant to the Affordable Housing Agreement and subject to the provisions of Section 5.3 hereof, Tenant will concurrent with the Effective Date of this Ground Lease and thereafter during the Term hereof shall hold fee title to all Improvements constructed on the Property during the Term hereof, and shall continue to hold fee title to such Improvements during such Term.
