Common use of PHYSICAL CONNECTION AND COMPENSATION Clause in Contracts

PHYSICAL CONNECTION AND COMPENSATION. 3.01 BellSouth's provision of CNAM Database Services to Intermedia requires interconnection from Intermedia to BellSouth CNAM Service Control Points (SCPs). The appropriate charge for access to and use of the BellSouth CNAM Database service shall be as set forth in Exhibit H in this Attachment.

The appropriate charge for access to and use of the BellSouth CNAM Database service shall be as set forth in Exhibit H in this Attachment.
