Common use of PHYSICAL CONNECTION AND COMPENSATION Clause in Contracts

PHYSICAL CONNECTION AND COMPENSATION. 3.1 BellSouth's provision of CNAM Database Services to Communication Services Integrated, Inc. requires interconnection from Communication Services Integrated, Inc. to BellSouth CNAM Service Control Points (SCPs). Such interconnections shall be established pursuant to Attachment 3 of this Agreement. The appropriate charge for access to and use of the BellSouth CNAM Database service shall be as set forth in this Attachment.
