Common use of Physical Infrastructure Clause in Contracts

Physical Infrastructure. The Parties recognise that the present state of Cambodia's physical infrastructure constitutes a serious constraint to private investment and to economic development in general. The Parties therefore agree to encourage specific programmes for the rehabilitation, reconstruction and development of Cambodia's infrastructure, including transport.
