Common use of Physical Plant Standards Clause in Contracts

Physical Plant Standards. The Facility and the use thereof comply in all material respects with all applicable local, state and federal building codes, fire codes, health care, nursing/assisted living/senior housing facility (as applicable) and other similar regulatory requirements (the “Physical Plant Standards”), and no waivers of Physical Plant Standards exist at the Facility.

Physical Plant Standards. The Facility and the use thereof comply in all material respects with all applicable local, state and federal building codes, fire codes, health care, nursing/assisted living/senior housing facility (as applicable) and other similar regulatory requirements (the “"Physical Plant Standards”"), and no waivers of Physical Plant Standards exist at the Facility.

The Facility Property and the use thereof comply in all material respects with all applicable Legal Requirements, local, state and federal building codes, fire codes, health care, nursing/assisted living/senior housing facility (as applicable) and other similar regulatory requirements (the “"Physical Plant Standards”), ") and no waivers of Physical Plant Standards exist at the FacilityProperty.

Physical Plant Standards. The Facility and the use thereof complies and will continue to comply upon completion of construction in all material respects with all applicable local, state and federal building codes, fire codes, zoning codes, use restrictions, health care, nursing/assisted living/senior housing nursing facility (as applicable) and other similar regulatory requirements (the “Physical Plant Standards”), and no waivers of Physical Plant Standards exist at the Facility.

Physical Plant Standards. The Facility and the use thereof comply complies in all material respects with all applicable local, state and federal building codes, fire codes, zoning codes, use restrictions, health care, nursing/assisted living/senior housing health care facility (as applicable) and other similar regulatory requirements (the “"Physical Plant Standards”"), and no waivers of Physical Plant Standards exist at the Facility.

Physical Plant Standards. The Facility and the use thereof comply in all material respects with all applicable local, state and federal building codes, fire codes, health care, nursing/assisted living/senior housing facility (as applicable) care and other similar regulatory requirements (the “Physical Plant Standards”), and and, to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, no waivers of Physical Plant Standards exist at the Facility.
