Common use of Physical Possession of Documents Clause in Contracts

Physical Possession of Documents. 4.1 During the Pledge Term set forth in this Agreement, the Pledgor shall deliver the Certificate of Contribution to the Equity Shares and the Register of Shareholders in Bo Xun Xxxx Xxxx to the Pledgee for its physical possession. The Pledgor shall deliver the aforesaid certificate and register to the Pledgee within one week from the execution date hereof. 4.2 The Pledgee shall be entitled to collect the dividends from the Equity Interest.

Physical Possession of Documents. 4.1 During the Pledge Term set forth in this Agreement, the Pledgor shall deliver the Certificate of Contribution to the Equity Shares and the Register of Shareholders in Bo Xun Yi Xxxx Xxxx He to the Pledgee for its physical possession. The Pledgor shall deliver the aforesaid certificate and register to the Pledgee within one week from the execution date hereof. 4.2 The Pledgee shall be entitled to collect the dividends from the Equity Interest.

The Pledgor shall deliver the aforesaid certificate and register Company to the Pledgee within one (1) week from the execution date hereofof this Agreement. 4.2 The Pledgee shall be entitled to collect the dividends from for the Equity Interest. 4.3 The Pledge under this Agreement will be recorded in the Register of Shareholders of the Company.

The Pledgor shall deliver the aforesaid certificate and register capital stock of Shensheng Aluminum (“Share Certificates”) to the Pledgee within one (1) week from as of the execution date hereofof conclusion of this Agreement. 4.2 The Pledgee shall be entitled to collect the dividends from for the Equity Interestequity interest. 4.3 The Pledge under this Agreement will be recorded in the Register of Shareholders of Shensheng Aluminum.
