Common use of Physical Site and Server Access Clause in Contracts

Physical Site and Server Access. will not be required under normal circumstances; however, where the usual Remote Access mechanisms are not technically feasible to achieve the Support Services, onsite support may be provided (at Deswik’s discretion and with Customer’s permission) and require local access to the relevant Customer Site and associated Deswik Application and Database Servers. The Customer shall be responsible for any out of pocket expenses incurred by Deswik in providing such onsite Support Services.
