Physical Transport of NYS Confidential Information. To the extent the State agrees under the Contract that Contractor may physically transport any NYS Confidential Information, such physical transport may only occur upon the written direction and approval of the State and must comply with all applicable Local, State, and Federal laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, standards, and guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, transport between the Contractor’s offices, to and from subcontractors, and to the State.
