The Physician Selection clause establishes the process by which a physician is chosen for a particular purpose, such as conducting medical examinations or providing treatment under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines whether one party has the right to select the physician, if both parties must agree on the choice, or if a neutral third party is involved in the selection process. Physician Selection. In such circumstances the parties will agree to a suitable physician and any costs incurred by an employee in this regard will be borne by the College.
