Physician's Standing Fee Schedule Sample Clauses

The Physician's Standing Fee Schedule clause establishes a predetermined list of fees for medical services provided by the physician under the agreement. This schedule outlines the specific charges for various procedures, consultations, or treatments, ensuring that both parties are aware of the costs associated with each service. By setting these fees in advance, the clause promotes transparency and helps prevent disputes over billing, thereby ensuring clarity and predictability in the financial aspects of the physician-patient or physician-organization relationship.

Physician's Standing Fee Schedule. Physician acknowledges that certain prospective Payors in the market may desire to review provider fee schedule proposals as the basis for constructing a fee schedule for a Product or otherwise entering into an arrangement with MPP. If requested by MPP, Physician shall furnish to MPP, in advance, a fee schedule or conversion factor (e.g., a percentage of the Medicare Resource Based Relative Value Scale) that represents the minimum payment that Physician will accept from a Payor offering a Non-Risk or Risk Product arrangement (the "Standing Fee Schedule"). MPP shall not release or otherwise disclose Physician's Standing Fee Schedule to any third party other than a prospective Payor that has entered into negotiations with MPP for a Non-Risk or Risk Product. By furnishing such fee schedule to MPP, Physician hereby authorizes MPP to bind Physician to participate in those arrangements between MPP and a Payor whereby Payor accepts the terms of Physician's fee schedule proposal or offers more favorable terms. A prospective Payor shall be entitled to submit a proposal to Physician which is lower or less favorable than the fee/rates proposed by Physician pursuant to his/her Standing Fee Schedule.
