Picking Up Shares. You are responsible for picking up your share weekly or bi-weekly from your selected pick-up location. Our main pick up location is on the farm at 00000 XX XXX 00 X, Xxxxxx, XX 00000. Pick up day on the farm is Wednesday evening from 4:30-6:30pm. Members are invited to bring their families and friends to tour the farm and connect with other members. For off-farm pick up, our drop site(s) include: Four Saints Brewery in Asheboro on Thursdays from 4:30-6:30p and one in Chatham County to be announced before the season begins. You are responsible for observing drop site rules, which are as follows: 1. Each member will receive 2 baskets which will be used to fill with your weekly or bi-weekly share (alternating between the 2). 2. On farm, shares will be laid out ‘market style’ and members are invited to fill their baskets according to the farm menu. At drop site locations, share baskets will be pre-filled and ready for pick-up. 3. Pick up your share within the agreed upon timeframe. Although we deliver high-quality produce to the site, it will decline quickly if not picked up on time. 4. Be respectful of our drop site hosts’ property. 5. Follow additional rules posted at your drop site regarding parking and entrance. If you are unable to pick-up your share, let us know. You can either choose to have your share donated to Farmer Foodshare (at our weekly farmers market(s), or have a friend pick-up for you (a great way to spread the love!). For the latter, you are responsible for explaining pick-up location and procedures to whomever picks up for you. If you wish to change your drop site, you, must notify us directly via email, phone call, or in person. Shares that are not retrieved within the pick-up time will be donated.
