Common use of Piggyback Clause in Contracts

Piggyback. Insurer acknowledges that for the term of this Agreement, including any Renewal Terms, other public corporations, entities, or agencies within Broward County, Florida (each, a “Piggyback Entity”) may request to piggyback on the Services offered under this Agreement, on the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If Insurer receives a request to piggyback on this Agreement, Insurer must provide written notice of the request to County within three (3) days of receipt. If Insurer accepts the request to piggyback, the administration of the services provided to any Piggyback Entity must be governed under a separate agreement between Insurer and such Piggyback Entity. County shall have no obligation or liability to Insurer, any Piggyback Entity, or any third party in connection with the administration of services provided to any Piggyback Entity.
