Wage Rate Payments / Changes During. Contract Term The wages to be paid under any resulting Contract shall not be less than the prevailing rate of wages and supplements as set forth by law. It is required that the Contractor keep informed of all changes in the Prevailing Wage Rates during the Contract term that apply to the classes of individuals supplied by the Contractor on any projects which result from this Contract which are subject to the provisions of the Labor Law. Contractor is solely liable for and must pay such required prevailing wage adjustments during the Contract term as required by law.

  • Interest on Late Payments a. State Agencies The payment of interest on certain payments due and owed by Agency may be made in accordance with Article 11-A of the State Finance Law (SFL §179-d et. Seq.) and Title 2 of the New York Code of Rules and Regulations, Part 18 (Implementation of Prompt Payment Legislation -2 NYCRR §18.1 et seq.).

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Interest Rate Payments Subject to Holder's right to charge the Default Rate (as hereinafter defined) pursuant to Section 4 hereof, this Note shall bear interest, and Maker shall make payments as follows: (a) Interest shall accrue on the unpaid principal balance of this Note at the Interest Rate (as defined in Exhibit A). For purposes of computing interest on the debt evidenced hereby, interest shall be calculated on the basis of a twelve (12) month calendar year applied to the actual number of months funds are outstanding. (c) The entire outstanding Obligations (as hereinafter defined) shall be due and payable in full on the Maturity Date (as defined in Exhibit A) or such earlier date resulting from acceleration by Holder of the Obligations due hereunder following an Event of Default (the “Maturity Date”).

  • Interest on late payment Subject to clause 9.7, the Trader or the Distributor (as the case may be) must pay any Tax Invoice issued under this clause 9. If any part of a Tax Invoice that is properly due in accordance with this Agreement is not paid by the due date, Default Interest may be charged on the outstanding amount for the period that the Tax Invoice remains unpaid.

  • Limit on Rate of Interest (a) No Payment shall exceed Lawful Rate. Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, the Borrower shall not be obliged to pay any interest or other amounts under or in connection with this Agreement in excess of the amount or rate permitted under or consistent with any applicable law, rule or regulation.

  • Payment of default interest on overdue amounts The Borrower shall pay interest in accordance with the following provisions of this Clause 7 on any amount payable by the Borrower under any Finance Document which the Agent, the Security Trustee or the other designated payee does not receive on or before the relevant date, that is: (a) the date on which the Finance Documents provide that such amount is due for payment; or (b) if a Finance Document provides that such amount is payable on demand, the date on which the demand is served; or (c) if such amount has become immediately due and payable under Clause 19.4, the date on which it became immediately due and payable.

  • Interest on Overdue Payments (a) If the User fails to pay an invoice by the Due Date, the User must, if required by the Service Provider, pay the Service Provider interest on any amount outstanding. (b) Interest will be calculated from the Due Date to the actual date of payment (both inclusive) at an annual percentage rate equal to the aggregate of: (i) the corporate overdraft reference rate (monthly charging cycle) applied by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Bank) as at the Due Date (or if the Bank ceases to quote such a rate, then the rate which in the opinion of the Bank is equivalent to such rate in respect of similar overdraft accommodation) expressed as a percentage; plus (ii) 2 per cent per annum.

  • Additional Fee on Late Payments For any payments thirty (30) calendar days or more overdue under this Agreement, Registry Operator shall pay an additional fee on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if less, the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

  • Payment at Highest Lawful Rate If the Borrower is not obliged to make a payment that it would otherwise be required to make, as a result of Section 5.6(a), the Borrower shall make such payment to the maximum extent permitted by or consistent with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
