Pitches a) Pitch locations are allocated strictly by SHVM whose decision is absolute.
b) The stallholder has no right to occupy any other stall, pitch or other part of the site.
Pitches. Low season: minimum 1 night Arrivals: from 2 pm. Departures: before 11 am. In the event of late departure, an additional day may be billed in full.
Pitches. 5.1 All Intellectual Property Rights in and title to any material created or developed by Cochrane Design and shown at a pitch remain with Cochrane Design.
5.2 All materials, ideas and concepts which are disclosed to a Client as part of a pitch are confidential and shall remain the property of Cochrane Design. The Client shall not use any such materials, ideas or concepts himself, or disclose them to a third party, without the written consent of Cochrane Design.
5.3 All pitch materials that Cochrane Design discloses to the Client during the pitch including photography, brochures, mood boards, catalogues, sketches and notes must, unless otherwise agreed by Cochrane Design, be returned to Cochrane Design at the end of the pitch. The Client shall not make copies of any of the pitch materials without the written consent of Cochrane Design.
Pitches. Upon request, Starwood shall provide Vistana the opportunity to present or otherwise submit Partner Agreements proposals for marketing initiatives (a “Pitch”). Starwood may in its commercially reasonable judgment accept or reject any Pitch. Starwood and Vistana shall cooperate in good faith to pursue any accepted Pitch; provided however, Starwood may at any time cease its efforts to pursue an accepted Pitch for any good faith reason.
Pitches. No change of pitch, including repositioning and expanding the pitch past its existing boundary can be made without the agreement of the Park Owners.
Pitches. 13.1 Pitches are allocated to persons named and may not be transferred.
13.2 The Market Superintendent must be informed in writing of any changes in personnel operating the stall.
13.3 Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that regular stall-holders have their regular pitch, there may be times when this is not possible.
13.4 In these circumstances, another pitch will be offered if one is available.
13.5 The siting of stalls is the responsibility of the Market Superintendent under the instruction of the Town Council.
13.6 The trader is responsible for supplying and erecting the stall on the allocated pitch.
13.7 The Market Superintendent may alter the layout of the Pitch within the Market or close the Market altogether in the case of danger, emergency or for reasons of health and safety. The decision of the Market Superintendent is final. In the event of such action the Town Council shall not be liable for any loss sustained by the Trader directly or indirectly.
Pitches. 5.1 Goal posts are provided by the Council for all 11v11 senior pitches.
5.2 Hirer’s requiring any different specification must provide their own posts and cover insurance costs for any damage that may occur.
5.3 The public shall be allowed free access to the field at all times.
5.4 At the end of the Season the Council will carry out pitch renovation works as required.
5.5 Requests for additional matches must be submitted to the Council.
5.6 The seasonal booking of a pitch includes the initial marking out at the beginning of the Season, the bi-weekly marking, grass cutting and maintenance of the pitch during the Season, the maintenance of the posts and the end of Season renovation works.
5.7 Prior to bi-weekly marking and grass cutting, the pitch is checked for any object/debris, however it is the responsibility of the Hirer to check the pitch prior to the start of each game.
5.8 No additional over marking will be completed by the Council unless paid for by the Hirer.
5.9 When a pitch becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Council will work with the Hirer to try to accommodate the Hirer on an alternative pitch until the issue can be resolved but an alternative pitch cannot be guaranteed.
5.10 All permanently fixed goal posts that are provided by the Council and sockets are checked by the Council to ensure that they conform to health and safety regulations.
Pitches. If a Client requests a concept to be be pitched, with or without a budget, there will be a fee to cover the time required to create and deliver the pitch. In such case, CCC will provide the Client with a copy of the pitch, which the Client may use to shop around.
Pitches. The size of the unit you are using, including tents and gazebos, must be supplied on the booking form (or as soon as possible after booking) to ensure that an appropriately sized pitch is allocated and that you are correctly charged. Should you subsequently alter your requirements after you have made your booking, we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative, suitably sized pitch. If a preference for a particular pitch number is specified, we will endeavour to allocate this, subject to availability, but it must be clearly understood that this may be changed and is not guaranteed. Please use the ‘special requirements’ section on the booking form to notify us of any other information which you feel would be helpful in regards to pitching requirements. The electricity supply throughout the park is only 10 amp and therefore will not support domestic electrical equipment; if you or any member of your party causes damage to your electric bollard during your stay by overloading it then you will be liable for the cost of its repair.

f. The Hirer will be responsible for the conduct of the players and supporters and must ensure that during the period of hire shall not cause offence to those in the surrounding proximity
g. To preserve the standard and quality of our pitches, training should take place on your allocated pitch, unless training will degrade the condition of the pitch
h. The Hirer must report any unauthorised use of pitches to the Council
i. At the end of the playing season the Council will carry out pitch renovation works as required. If the Hirer feels any renovation works are required this should be notified in writing to the clerk before the end of the season
