Accommodation Services. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, you are entitled to the Accommodation Services and we will do all that we would be reasonably expected to do to provide the Accommodation Services throughout the duration of this Agreement.
Accommodation Services. A precise pitch at the campsite cannot be guaranteed. Only dates and accommodation type are guaranteed. Photos and plans of rentals are provided for information purposes only. The characteristics and layouts of rooms may vary from one model to the next.
Accommodation Services. The accommodation services to be provided under the terms of this Agreement include the following:
Accommodation Services. Long-term supported accommodation provides essential services. The types of services and the level of support differs dependent on the housing model. Long Term supported accommodation for adults with low support needs Long term supported accommodation facilities for people with low support needs will provide accommodation that includes (at a minimum): • a self-contained unit or bedsit – units will generally have access to a private bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet and a kitchenette than enables residents to cook their own meals. Residents are encouraged to furnish their units however can be supported to source essential items including a bed, mattress, linen and armchair or similar if required. • communal areas – residents are encouraged and supported to stay connected with family and friends. There are a several communal areas within the facilities including a commercial kitchen communal dining areas and lounges. • laundry facilities – residents will have access to on-site laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers. • length of stay – accommodation is provided for the duration of need. Residents of long-term supported accommodation facilities will enter into a residential tenancy agreement (a lease) in accordance with the RTA. Leases can be renewed as required to provide ongoing security, subject to the person consistently meeting the conditions of their lease and remaining eligible for long-term supported accommodation. • affordable rent and bond – residents are charged 25 per cent of their income plus 100 per cent Commonwealth Rent Assistance. In addition to rent, services may require a utility recharge fee for the use of communal areas and provision of Wi-Fi. Residents may also be charged a bond consisting of two weeks rent. Bonds must be lodged via MyBond and will be held by the Residential Deposit Authority in accordance with the RTA. If a person is unable to pay a bond, arrangements may be negotiated between the person seeking accommodation and the provider. In some circumstances this may include arrangements for a bond to be paid in instalments. Accommodation Services. The Contractor shall provide full management of the residential accommodation services. The Contractor shall liaise closely with the Customer to ensure correct allocation of rooms. All rooms shall be fully serviced and stocked of consumables on a daily basis Please refer to the data packs (Information redacted) for details of equipment to be purchased / provided by the Contractor.

Accommodation Services. 1.1 HI agrees to accommodate student in homestay accommodation 1.2 The student will submit all requests for accommodation in writing, including all essential information. Addresses will be provided as soon as the placement is made and payment has been received. 1.4 HI confirms that every host contracted with them has been visited by one of its representatives, has signed a Child Protection Statement, completed a risk assessment and that the accommodation meets British Council and English UK recommended standards. 1.5 HI confirms that no more than one student of the same nationality will be placed in the same household unless specifically requested by the person making the booking with HI.
Accommodation Services. In case of cancellation, Filos Holidays & Travel will try its best to minimize or eliminate, if possible, any cancellation fees. However, in case that a specific accommodation or service supplier will insist on charging cancellation fees, cancelation fees will be charged according to each service policy. Cancellations that are not sent by the online booking system or advised by email, even if communicated by telephone, cannot be considered valid under any circumstances. Cancellation fees that may be applicable are visible either in the tariff notes section of each hotel or during the booking process in our online B2B system and for those integrated through XML/API cancellation fees policy is received automatically as cancellation rules. All the above terms are only valid in cases when nothing different is mentioned in the tariff or in the notes for each specific hotel (e.g. nonrefundable rates, different cancellation policy for reservations with Early booking discount etc).
