PJM Dispute Resolution Agreement. Subject to the condition specified below, any Member adversely affected by a decision of the Office of the Interconnection with respect to the operation of the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including the qualification of an entity to participate in that market as a buyer or seller, make seek such relief as may be appropriate under the PJM Dispute Resolution Procedures on the grounds that such decision does not have an adequate basis in fact or does not conform to the requirements of this Agreement.
