Outage Scheduling. The Office of the Interconnection shall be responsible for coordinating and approving requests for outages of generation and transmission facilities as necessary for the reliable operation of the PJM Control Area, in accordance with the PJM Manuals. The Office of the Interconnection shall maintain records of outages and outage requests of these facilities.
Outage Scheduling. 21.1 Supplier shall request Buyer's approval prior to any inspections, proposed planned outages or other non-forced outages (all hereinafter referred to as "planned outages") of the Asset Bundle so as to minimize the impact on the availability of the Asset Bundle. Outage Scheduling. Unless otherwise directed by PECO, SELLER shall periodically submit for PECO's approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, its planned maintenance schedule conforming to Section 6.5 hereof, for the subsequent thirty-six (36) months of operation. SELLER shall revise its planned and maintenance outage dates upon PECO's request for such changes.

Outage Scheduling. 22.1 Buyer acknowledges that Supplier may not be the operator of the Asset Bundle and may not have direct control over the operation of the Asset Bundle.
22.2 Supplier shall request that the Operator coordinate with Buyer any inspections, non-forced outages and maintenance of Supplier's Asset Bundle so as to minimize the impact on Buyer under this Agreement.

MTI shall not permit any employee, contractor or subcontractor or any employee of any contractor of subcontractor, to commence any construction, maintenance, repair or relocation of work until satisfactory arrangements, including coordination of work, construction schedules and outages, have been made with APS. When APS determines in its sole discretion that it is necessary to de-energize any of its facilities in order for work to commence, MTI shall not permit work to commence until such facilities have been de-energized.
