Common use of PJM E-Accounts Clause in Contracts

PJM E-Accounts. Buyer and Seller shall work with PJM to establish any PJM E-Accounts necessary for Seller to provide Full Requirements Service. In a timely manner, Buyer shall establish PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s) and Seller shall confirm the PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s).

PJM E-Accounts. Buyer and Seller shall work with PJM to establish any PJM E-Accounts necessary for Seller to provide Full Requirements Service. In a timely manner, Buyer Xxxxx shall establish PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s) and Seller shall confirm the PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s).

PJM E-Accounts. Buyer and Seller shall work with PJM to establish any PJM E-E- Accounts necessary for Seller to provide Full Requirements Service. PJM E-Accounts. Buyer and Seller shall work with PJM to establish any PJM E-Accounts necessary for Seller to provide Full Requirements Long-Term Product Service. In a timely manner, Buyer Xxxxx shall establish PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s) and Seller shall confirm the PJM E-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s).

PJM E-Accounts. Buyer and Seller shall work with PJM to establish any PJM Ee-Accounts (as defined in the PJM Agreements) necessary for Seller to provide Full Requirements Service. In a timely manner, Buyer shall establish PJM Ee-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s) and Seller shall confirm the PJM Ee-Account contract(s) for the entire duration of the Transaction(s).
