PJM E-Accounts. The XXXX Supplier and Duke Energy Ohio shall work with PJM to establish any PJM E-Accounts necessary for the XXXX Supplier to provide XXXX Supply. The XXXX Supplier may manage its PJM E-Accounts in its sole discretion; provided the XXXX Supplier acts in accordance with the standards set forth in the PJM Agreements.
