PJM Services. ‌ Each BGS-RSCP Supplier shall make all necessary arrangements for the delivery of BGS-RSCP Supply through the PJM OI. The Company will advise the PJM OI of the magnitude and location of each BGS-RSCP Supplier’s actual BGS-RSCP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the PJM OI, for the purpose of calculating such BGS- RSCP Supplier’s appropriate Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by BGS-RSCP Suppliers arising under the PJM OATT, PJM RAA, PJM OA and any other applicable PJM agreement (collectively, the “PJM Agreements”). Each BGS-RSCP Supplier shall remain responsible to PJM for the performance of its LSE obligations associated with the provision of BGS- RSCP Supply under this Agreement until the effective date of the transfer of such LSE obligations.

PJM Services. The DS Supplier shall make all necessary arrangements for the delivery of DS Supply through the PJM OI. The Company will advise the PJM OI of the magnitude and location of each DS Supplier’s actual DS Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the PJM OI, for the purpose of calculating such DS Supplier’s appropriate DS Supply requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by DS Supplier arising under the PJM Agreements. The DS Supplier shall remain responsible to PJM for the performance of its LSE obligations associated with the provision of DS Supply under this Agreement until the effective date of the transfer of such LSE obligations. The Company shall generate and provide to DS Supplier PJM shortname(s) associated with supplier’s unique contract type(s), as necessary. Unique shortname(s) may be generated for each differing contract type. DS Supplier shall complete all required forms and processing to PJM to create shortname(s) within the PJM system. For the period of time this Agreement is in effect, both the Company and DS Supplier shall have executed the PJM Declaration of Authority, and shall remain in effect during the Term of each Transaction under this Agreement. In the event PJM requires that the Declaration of Authority be amended after execution by the DS Supplier, DS Supplier agrees to execute a revised Declaration of Authority in accordance with PJM requirements.

The Company shall generate and provide to DS Supplier PJM shortname(s) associated with supplier's unique contract type(s), as necessary. The Company will advise the PJM OI of the magnitude and location of each TOU Supplier’s actual TOU Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the PJM OI, for the purpose of calculating such TOU Supplier’s appropriate TOU Supply requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by TOU Supplier arising under the PJM Agreements. The TOU Supplier shall remain responsible to PJM for the performance of its LSE obligations associated with the provision of TOU Supply under this Agreement until the effective date of the transfer of such LSE obligations.

Related to PJM Services

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Our Services As insurance intermediaries we generally act as the agent of our client. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us. However, in certain circumstances we may act for and owe duties of care to other parties, including the insurer. We will advise you when these circumstances occur, so you will be aware of any possible conflict of interest. We offer a wide range of products and services which may include: • Offering you a single or range of products from which to choose a product that suits your insurance needs; • Advising you on your insurance needs; • Arranging suitable insurance cover with insurers to meet your requirements; • Helping you with any subsequent changes to your insurance you have to make; • Providing all reasonable assistance with any claim you make. Notwithstanding this, we endeavour to always act in your best interest. Depending on the type of cover you require and where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation, we will offer you a policy from either: • a single insurer; • a limited range of insurers; or • a fair analysis that is representative of the insurance market. We will advise you separately as to which of these apply before we arrange your policy and where we have not undertaken a fair analysis of the market, we will provide you with a list of insurers considered.
