Common use of Place and Date Clause in Contracts

Place and Date. The purchase and sale of the Property shall be completed in accordance with Article 8 hereof (the “Closing”). The Closing shall occur through escrow with the Title Company on the date that is ten (10) days after the expiration of the Approval Period (the “Closing Date”), or at such other place or on such other date as Seller and Buyer agree in writing. Prior to the Closing Date, Seller and Buyer each shall give appropriate written escrow instructions, consistent with this Agreement, to the Title Company for the Closing in accordance with this Agreement and upon giving such instructions such party need not be physically present at the Closing.
