Place of Engagement. The at the North Star Mohican Casino. The parties understand that this venue is not a contained space that can be completely closed to the public.
Place of Engagement. The Services to be performed by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement shall be rendered primarily from the offices of the Consultant or at one or more suitable locations designated by the Company, with the mutual agreement of the Consultant.
Place of Engagement. Consultant shall perform the services called for under this Agreement in Los Angeles, California, and at such other places as NGC may reasonably require.
Place of Engagement. Advisor shall perform the services required at locations to be mutually determined. The Advisor acknowledges that the Company may from time to time require Advisor to travel temporarily to various locations on the Company’s business within reasonable limits.
Place of Engagement. All Services will be performed at the specified location described in Exhibit A.
Place of Engagement. PROVIDE ADDRESS HOURS OF ENGAGEMENT: PROVIDE SPECIFICS (i.e. 75-90 minutes of full band performance starting at 6:30 pm) ENGAGEMENT FEE: Total compensation under this Agreement shall not exceed PROVIDE AMOUNT.

Place of Engagement. Consultant will perform services at the Company’s offices for a period of approximately one week at the commencement of the Engagement. Thereafter, Consultant will perform the services in the location of his choosing, provided that, if needed by Company, Consultant will make himself available at the Company’s offices, with expenses paid by the Company, on at least two (2) Saturdays during the term.
Place of Engagement. Consultant shall perform the services called for under this Agreement in Los Angeles, California and in such other places and at such times as the Company and Consultant may mutually agree.
