Place of jurisdiction and applicable law. (1) The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Master Agreement and the associated “Individual agreement for natural gas” is Kassel, Germany. Disputes shall be ruled on by ordinary jurisdiction. (2) This Master Agreement and the associated “Individual agreement for natural gas” shall be governed solely by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the exclusion of international private law. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
