Common use of Place of Meeting Clause in Contracts

Place of Meeting. The Board, or in the absence of action by the Board, the Chairman, may designate any place as the place for any meeting of the Members, unless by written consents, a majority of all Members entitled to vote at the meeting designate a different place for the holding of such meeting. If no designation is made by the Board, the Chairman or by unanimous action of the Members, the place of meetings shall be at the principal office of the Company.
