No Quorum. If a quorum of Subscription Receiptholders is not present within 30 minutes after the time fixed for holding a meeting, the meeting, if summoned by Subscription Receiptholders or on a Subscription Receiptholders' Request, will be dissolved, but, subject to Section 9.12 hereof, in any other case will be adjourned to the third following Business Day at the same time and place and no notice of the adjournment need be given.
No Quorum. If, at a meeting called for the purpose of passing an Extraordinary Resolution, the quorum required by Section 9.12(1) hereof is not present within 30 minutes after the time fixed for the meeting, the meeting, if summoned by Subscription Receiptholders or on a Subscription Receiptholders’ Request, will be dissolved, but in any other case will be adjourned to such day, being not less than five (5) Business Days or more than ten (10) Business Days later, and to such place and time, as is appointed by the chairman.
No Quorum. If a quorum of Warrantholders is not present within 30 minutes after the time fixed for holding a meeting, the meeting, subject to Section 7.6(s) hereof, shall be adjourned to the date that is the fifth Business Day following the initial meeting date and shall be at the same time and location and no notice of the adjournment need be given.
No Quorum. (a) If a quorum is not present within 15 minutes after the scheduled time for the meeting, the meeting is:
(i) if convened on the requisition of Unit Holders – dissolved; or
(ii) otherwise – adjourned to such place and time as the Trustee decides.
(b) At any adjourned meeting, those Unit Holders present in person or by proxy or representative constitute a quorum, provided at least two Business Days’ notice is given of the adjourned meeting.
No Quorum. If a quorum of Special Warrantholders is not present within 30 minutes after the time appointed for holding a meeting, the meeting, if convened by Special Warrantholders or on a Special Warrantholders’ Request, will be dissolved, but, subject to Section 8.12 hereof, in any other case will stand adjourned to the same day in the next week (unless such day is not a Business Day, in which case it will be adjourned to the next following Business Day) at the same time and place and no notice of the adjournment need be given.
No Quorum. If within half an hour from the time appointed for the commencement of a Board meeting a quorum is not present, the meeting if convened upon the requisition of Members of the Board will lapse. In any other case it will stand adjourned to the same day in the next week at the same time and place, or to such other day and at such other time and place as the Board may determine, and if at the adjourned meeting a quorum is not present within half an hour from the appointed time for the meeting, the meeting will lapse.
No Quorum. If within half an hour from the time appointed for the commencement of a General Meeting a quorum is not reached:
(a) the meeting if convened upon the requisition of Members, will lapse; or
(b) in any other case it will stand adjourned to the same day in the next week at the same time and in the same manner , or to such other day and at such other time and in such other manner as the Board may determine. At the adjourned meeting a quorum will be constituted by SLSA. If, at the adjourned meeting, SLSA is not present within half an hour from the appointed time for the meeting, and if there is a minimum of five Members represented by Delegates or by proxy, then those Members will be a quorum.
No Quorum. (a) First meeting - If a quorum is not present within 30 minutes from the time appointed for the meeting, then the meeting shall:
(i) if convened on the requisition of Holders, be dissolved; and
(ii) in any other case stand adjourned to such day and time (not being less than 14 days thereafter) and to such place as may be appointed by the Chairperson.
(b) Second meeting - If, at the adjourned meeting, a quorum is not present within 30 minutes after the time appointed for any adjourned meeting, the Chairperson may:
(i) dissolve the meeting or
(ii) if the meeting is not dissolved in accordance with this provision, the Chairperson may, with the consent of the meeting, and must, if directed by the meeting, adjourn the meeting once more to a new date (being not less than 14 days after the adjourned meeting), time or place. The only business which might validly (but for the lack of required quorum) have been transacted at the original meeting may be transacted at the adjourned meeting.
No Quorum. If no quorum is present one-half hour after the time appointed for a meeting, the Secretary shall record the names of the members present and the meeting shall stand adjourned until the date of the next regular meeting or until rescheduled.
No Quorum. If a quorum is not present at a general meeting within 30 minutes from the time specified for the general meeting, or if during the meeting a quorum is no longer present, the meeting shall be adjourned for at least five, but no more than ten, Business Days excluding the date of the original meeting and the date of the adjourned meeting (as those Directors who are present shall determine by a simple majority or, if there is no agreement by simple majority, as Majority Shareholder shall determine) to the same place and time of day. A quorum shall exist at the adjourned general meeting if at least one representative of Majority Shareholder is present (provided that no Reserved Matter shall be transacted at any such adjourned meeting).
