Place of Operation. The terms of this Agreement shall, subject as hereinafter provided, apply to all persons employed by the Employer in Cleaning, Maintenance, and Security departments at Fort Erie Race Track in Fort Erie, Ontario as stipulated in Article 3 hereof.
