Common use of Place of Performance for the Service Clause in Contracts

Place of Performance for the Service. 4.14.1 The service will normally be performed away from the Client’s premises but may require the individual allocated to the assignment to work at the Client’s premises. The Contractor, subject to approval, shall provide the services at such place or places as to be most cost effective (taking into account nature and circumstances of the assignment). 4.14.2 The Client reserves the right to carry out a site visit at any premises proposed by the Contractor in the performance of the service. 4.14.3 The Contractor shall and shall procure that any individual required to work on the Client’s premises shall, at all times comply with all relevant legislation in respect of security all decisions, requirements, regulations, orders, instructions, directions or rules of the Client relating to security including any modification, extension or replacement thereof then in force.
