Place of Performance for the Service. 4.14.1 The service will normally be performed away from the Client’s premises but may require the individual allocated to the assignment to work at the Client’s premises. The Contractor, subject to approval, shall provide the services at such place or places as to be most cost effective (taking into account nature and circumstances of the assignment).
