Common use of Place of Use Clause in Contracts

Place of Use. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Article IV, the Tribes may use or authorize the use of the water rights set forth in Sections C.1.a., b., and c. of this Article III any place within the Reservation within the Beaver Creek Basin.
