Placement In Personnel File Upon Adverse Action And Right Of Response. All documents relating to complaints shall be placed in a separate file and not in the unit member’s personnel file, unless adverse action is taken as a result of the investigation. The unit member shall then have the right to prepare a written response to the investigator’s report leading to the adverse action, and attach the response to the appropriate document in the personnel file, within ten (10) working days of receipt of the investigator’s report.
