Placement of Attachment Due Date. After all Make Ready Work has been completed and CLEC has received the Occupancy permit in CLEC has one hundred and eighty (180) days to complete placement of its attachments on the poles. If placement is not made within one hundred and eighty (180) days the Permit will expire. Pole rental rates will apply during the one hundred and eighty (180) days period.
