Placement of Attachment Due Date. After all Make Ready and Work has been completed and CLEC has received an occupancy permit for each attachment, CLEC has one hundred and eighty (180) days to complete placement of its attachments in the conduit/innerduct. If placement is not completed within one hundred and eighty (180) days the Permit will expire. Conduit rental rates will apply during the one hundred and eighty (180) day period.
