Common use of Placement of Attachments Clause in Contracts

Placement of Attachments. 9.1 Licensee shall, at its own expense, place and maintain its Attachments on GTE's poles in accordance with (i) such requirements and specifications as GTE shall from time to time prescribe in writing, (ii) all rules or orders now in effect or that hereafter may be issued by any regulatory agency or other authority having jurisdiction, and (iii) all currently applicable requirements and specifications of the National Electrical Safety Code, and the applicable rules and regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act. Licensee agrees to comply, at its sole risk and expense, with all specifications included in Exhibit A, as may be revised from time to time by GTE.
