Placement of Collateral Protection Insurance. Unless Borrower provides Lender with evidence of the insurance coverage required by Xxxxxxxx's agreement with Lender, Lender may purchase insurance at Borrower's expense to protect Xxxxxx's interests in Xxxxxxxx's collateral. This insurance may, but need not, protect Xxxxxxxx's interests. The coverage that Lender purchases may not pay any claim that Xxxxxxxx makes or any claim that is made against Borrower in connection with the collateral. Borrower may later cancel any insurance purchased by Xxxxxx, but only after providing Lender with evidence that Xxxxxxxx has obtained insurance as required by Xxxxxxxx's and Lender's agreement. If Lender purchases insurance for the collateral, Borrower will be responsible for the costs of that insurance, including interest and any other charges Lender may impose in connection with the placement of the insurance, until the effective date of the cancellation or expiration of the insurance. The costs of the insurance may be added to Borrower's total outstanding balance or obligation. The costs of the insurance may be more than the cost of insurance Borrower may be able to obtain on its own.   • Income Protection Insurance The Employer shall provide Income Protection Insurance through an ETU nominated policy and scheme. It is agreed that the premium will be collected and administered by the “Protect” Severance Scheme at the same time as severance payments are made. Income protection will be paid for the employees and will be paid for all periods of authorised absence and cannot be on a pro-rata basis. It is agreed the Income Protection Insurance payments are paid on a monthly basis by the 14th day of each month. It is agreed that if the Employer has not made a valid or current insurance payment to “Protect”, the Employer shall be liable for any loss of earnings or benefits that would have otherwise been given to the employee. The rates of payment and cover shall be as follows: From 1/1/06 to 28/2/07* From 1/3/07 to 31/12/08* From 1/1/09* Tradesperson’s Premium $19.70 per week $20.90 per week $24.00 per week** For Cover $1,100 $1,100 $1,200** Apprentice Premium $12.50 per week $13.50 per week $19.90 per week** For Cover $660 $660 $750** * These rates are inclusive of GST and stamp duty. ** These are the premium rates and levels of cover that shall apply, unless reduced by the agreement of NECA and the ETU. It is the intention of NECA and the ETU to seek a lower premium. The premium rates and level of cover shall not exceed the amounts set out in the final column of the table above. The insurance benefits contained in this Policy will not be reduced during the life of this Agreement.

  • INDEMNIFICATION, INSURANCE AND PROTECTION OF PROPERTY The following provisions shall only apply if and to the extent Seller’s personnel enter or perform work at premises owned or controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer:

  • FDIC Insurance For any deposit accounts you open, the FDIC requires Bank to disclose, and you hereby acknowledge, that deposits held by Evolve Bank & Trust are insured up to $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit, per depositor for each ownership category.

  • Insurance Application An employee on unpaid leave is eligible to continue to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions. The employee shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave and shall pay to the School District the monthly premium in advance, except as otherwise provided in law. In the event the employee is on paid leave from the School District under Section 1. above or supplemented by sick leave pursuant to Section 2. above, the School District will continue insurance contributions as provided in this Agreement until sick leave is exhausted. Thereafter, the employee must pay the entire premium for any insurance retained.

  • Application of Insurance Proceeds Grantor shall promptly notify Lender of any loss or damage to the Collateral. Lender may make proof of loss if Grantor fails to do so within fifteen (15) days of the casualty. All proceeds of any insurance on the Collateral, including accrued proceeds thereon, shall be held by Lender as part of the Collateral. If Lender consents to repair or replacement of the damaged or destroyed Collateral, Lender shall, upon satisfactory proof of expenditure, pay or reimburse Grantor from the proceeds for the reasonable cost of repair or restoration. If Lender does not consent to repair or replacement of the Collateral, Lender shall retain a sufficient amount of the proceeds to pay all of the Indebtedness, and shall pay the balance to Grantor. Any proceeds which have not been disbursed within six (6) months after their receipt and which Grantor has not committed to the repair or restoration of the Collateral shall be used to prepay the Indebtedness.

  • Hazard Insurance All buildings or other customarily insured improvements upon the Mortgaged Property are insured by an insurer acceptable under the Fxxxxx Mae Guides, against loss by fire, hazards of extended coverage and such other hazards as are provided for in the Fxxxxx Mxx Guides or by the Fxxxxxx Mac Guides, in an amount representing coverage not less than the lesser of (i) the maximum insurable value of the improvements securing such Mortgage Loans and (ii) the greater of (a) the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan and (b) an amount such that the proceeds thereof shall be sufficient to prevent the Mortgagor and/or the Mortgagee from becoming a co-insurer. If the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit, it is included under the coverage afforded by a blanket policy for the project. If required by the FDPA, the Mortgage Loan is covered by a flood insurance policy meeting the requirements of the current guidelines of the Federal Insurance Administration and conforming to Fxxxxx Mxx and Fxxxxxx Mac requirements, in an amount not less than the amount required by the FDPA. Such policy was issued by an insurer acceptable under the Fxxxxx Mae Guides or the Fxxxxxx Mac Guides. The Mortgage obligates the Mortgagor thereunder to maintain all such insurance at the Mortgagor's cost and expense, and upon the Mortgagor's failure to do so, authorizes the holder of the Mortgage to maintain such insurance at the Mortgagor's cost and expense and to seek reimbursement therefor from the Mortgagor. All such standard hazard and flood policies are in full force and effect and on the date of origination contained a standard mortgagee clause naming the Seller and its successors in interest and assigns as loss payee; such clause is still in effect and all premiums due on any such policies have been paid in full. No originator, seller, prior owner of the Mortgage Loan, borrower or any other Person, has engaged in any act or omission that would impair the coverage of any such insurance policy, the benefits of the endorsement provided for therein, or the validity and binding effect of either, including, without limitation, the provision or receipt of any unlawful fee, commission, kickback, or other compensation or value of any kind. No action, inaction, or event has occurred and no state of facts exists or has existed that has resulted or will result in the exclusion from, denial of, or defense to coverage under any such insurance policies, regardless of the cause of such failure of coverage.

  • Additional Insurance Requirements The policies shall include, or be endorsed to include, the following provisions:

  • BONDS AND INSURANCE 10.1 The Contractor shall provide performance and payment bonds on forms prescribed by Owner and in accordance with the requirements set forth in the UTUGCs. The penal sum of the payment and performance bonds shall be equal to the Contract Sum.

  • BONDING AND INSURANCE All expenses of bond, liability, and other insurance coverage required by law or regulation or deemed advisable by the Trustees of the Trust, including, without limitation, such bond, liability and other insurance expenses that may from time to time be allocated to the Fund in a manner approved by its Trustees.
