Plainclothes Officers include Clause Samples

Plainclothes Officers include. (1) All investigative personnel, including all officers, either directly involved in criminal investigations or who act in support of criminal investigations; (2) all officers assigned to DII; (3) all officers assigned to EPU; (4) all Crime Scene Investigators; (5) all Riverboat Unit Officers; (6) any other officer as determined by the Director; (7) officers who have been assigned in a Temporary Duty Assignment in any of the above assignments for at least six months prior to the clothing allowance determination date of July 1.
