Maintenance Allowance. (A) In the first regular check following the first pay period of each year, an employee who customarily wears a uniform while working shall receive a maintenance allowance of $1,175.00 each calendar year, except that recruits who have not completed twelve (12) months employment by a given January 1st shall be paid a pro-rated uniform maintenance allowance.
(B) In the first regular check following the first pay period of each year, any employee who is regularly required by the Fire Chief to wear plainclothes while working shall receive a plainclothes maintenance allowance of
(C) In determining who is eligible to receive the allowance in (A) or (B) above, the amount shall be decided by what assignment the employee is in as of January 1 of each year.
Maintenance Allowance. Each full-time employee shall, in addition to the above, receive an annual maintenance allowance of Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00) per year for cleaning of such uniforms. Maintenance allowance shall be issued to the employee and distributed by the Chief of Police or his designee in equal amounts on April 15th and October 15th of each year.
Maintenance Allowance.
(A) During the first payperiod of each year, a member shall receive a maintenance allowance, except that recruits who have not completed twelve (12) months of employment by January 1 shall be paid a prorated uniform maintenance allowance. Such proration shall be computed by dividing the number of payperiods worked as of January 1, by the number of payperiods in that year and then multiplying by the annual maintenance allowance.
(B) During the first payperiod of each year, any member who customarily wears a uniform while working shall receive a maintenance allowance of $1,175.00.
(C) During the first payperiod of each year, any member who customarily wears plainclothes while working shall receive plainclothes and maintenance allowance of $1,525.00.
(D) In determining who is eligible to receive the allowance in (B) or (C) above, the amount shall be decided by what assignment the member is in as of January 1 of each year.
Maintenance Allowance. Each regular Dancer shall each year receive an allowance of nine hundred ($900) dollars towards the Dancer’s expenses of physical maintenance, outside classes, chiropractic treatments, etc., such sum to be paid at the beginning of the regular New York Season.
Maintenance Allowance. The annual uniform maintenance allowance shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00) for each bargaining unit member with more than one (1) year of service. This maintenance allowance shall be used to reimburse bargaining unit members for the maintenance and/or replacement of uniforms and shoes. The dates of certification shall be May 31 and November 30 of each year. The installment payments shall be made in June and December of each year.
Maintenance Allowance. 1. Each Flight Attendant will be paid a uniform maintenance allowance of $22 per month.
2. A Flight Attendant must be active in the month in order to be paid the uniform maintenance allowance.

Maintenance Allowance. (a) Employees who are engaged to drive and operate plant and equipment and who are required, by Council, to carry out routine maintenance and/or running repairs, will be entitled to a Maintenance Allowance.
(b) The allowance may be paid as a weekly or daily allowance as appropriate. The daily rate will be one fifth of the weekly allowance up to the maximum of the weekly allowance.
(c) Plant and equipment which will attract the Maintenance Allowance include:

Maintenance Allowance. This amount shall be increased to $850.00 for the payments due in January 2009 and January 2010.

Maintenance Allowance. Each full-time employee of the Fire & EMS Division will receive a maintenance allowance in the amount of four hundred dollars ($400.00) per year. Such maintenance allowance will be paid to all full-time employees of the Fire & EMS Division on or before the tenth (10th) working day of February by a separate check. The Employer will require employees to wear a uniform. The Employer shall provide a reasonable number of new uniform items for the employee’s use. Employees are required to reasonably care for any uniforms issued, and they may launder such uniforms through machines provided on the Employer’s premises.
