Plaintiffs’ Counsel. “Plaintiffs’ Counsel” means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx, P.C., 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000.
Plaintiffs’ Counsel will cause the LRA to provide to Xxxxxx Medical a written confirmation certifying that all liens related to each claimant’s injuries and/or treatment have been finally and fully satisfied, accompanied by a certifying report from the LRA that evidences the satisfaction of said liens.
Plaintiffs’ Counsel. The term “Plaintiffs’ Counsel” means the attorneys representing the Named Plaintiffs in this Action: Xxx X. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx XXXXXXX, XXXXXXX, XXXXXXX & XXXXX, P.A. 000 Xxxxxxx Xxx Coral Gables, FL 33134
Plaintiffs’ Counsel or Defendant’s Counsel shall promptly after the date of termination of the Settlement Agreement notify the Court and return any Settlement Amount to the Defendant, except for amounts disbursed or incurred pursuant to Section 8.1.
Plaintiffs’ Counsel and/or Defendant’s Counsel should respond to any objections in the Final Approval Motion, any reply brief, and/or, if appropriate, a separate submission at least seven (7) days before the Final Approval Hearing.
Plaintiffs’ Counsel. 73. Throughout the pendency of this Settlement Agreement, Defendants will do the following:

Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Schools Defendants shall each post on the front page of their respective websites a copy of the Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action Lawsuit in both English and Spanish and the proposed Agreement until the deadline for submitting objections has passed. Following final approval, Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Schools Defendants shall each post a copy of the final Agreement on their respective websites until the end of the Monitoring Term.
Plaintiffs’ Counsel. The Claims Administrator will also issue a payment to itself for Court-approved services performed in connection with the settlement.
Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Probation Defendants shall each post on the front page of their respective websites a copy of the Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action Lawsuit in both English and Spanish and the proposed Agreement until the deadline for submitting objections has passed. Following final approval, Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Probation Defendants shall each post a copy of the final Agreement on their respective websites until the end of the Monitoring Term. Following final approval and until the end of the Monitoring Term, Probation Defendants shall also include a brief statement in the intake packets provided to newly detained youth and their guardians, as applicable, regarding the settlement, ongoing monitoring, and how to obtain more information if desired (e.g., by visiting the website).
