Plaintiffs’ Counsel. The term “Plaintiffs’ Counsel” means the attorneys representing the Named Plaintiffs in this Action:

Plaintiffs’ Counsel will cause the LRA to provide to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical a written confirmation certifying that all liens related to each claimant’s injuries and/or treatment have been finally and fully satisfied, accompanied by a certifying report from the LRA that evidences the satisfaction of said liens.

Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Schools Defendants shall each post on the front page of their respective websites a copy of the Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action Lawsuit in both English and Spanish and the proposed Agreement until the deadline for submitting objections has passed. Following final approval, Plaintiffs’ Counsel and Schools Defendants shall each post a copy of the final Agreement on their respective websites until the end of the Monitoring Term.

Plaintiffs’ Counsel or Defendant’s Counsel shall promptly after the date of termination of the Settlement Agreement notify the Court and return any Settlement Amount to the Defendant, except for amounts disbursed or incurred pursuant to Section 8.1.

Plaintiffs’ Counsel and/or Defendant’s Counsel should respond to any objections in the Final Approval Motion, any reply brief, and/or, if appropriate, a separate submission at least seven (7) days before the Final Approval Hearing.
