Plan Acknowledgment. Each of the undersigned agree that this Agreement has been executed and delivered, and the stock options have been granted hereunder, in connection with and as a part of the compensation and incentive arrangements between the Company and Optionholder and, except as otherwise specified herein, pursuant to each of the terms and conditions of the Plan.
Plan Acknowledgment. In accepting the Performance Shares, you acknowledge that a copy of the Plan was made available to you, and you have reviewed the Plan and the Agreement, including this Addendum, in their entirety and fully understand and accept all provisions of the Plan, the Agreement and the Addendum.

The issuance of Employee Stock hereunder is pursuant to, and subject to all the terms and conditions of the Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A. ---------
Plan Acknowledgment. Optionee acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan, and represents that he or she is familiar with the terms and provisions thereof, and hereby accepts this Option subject to all the terms and provisions thereof. Optionee hereby agrees to accept as binding and final all decisions of interpretation of the Board of Directors upon any questions arising under the Plan.
Plan Acknowledgment. The Plan substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E-1 is satisfactory to Purchaser in all material respects.
Plan Acknowledgment. In accepting the Upfront RFUs, you acknowledge that a copy of the Plan was made available to you, and you have reviewed the Plan and the RFU Agreement, including this Addendum, in their entirety and fully understand and accept all provisions of the Plan, the RFU Agreement and this Addendum. You further acknowledge that you have read and specifically approve of the following provisions in the RFU Agreement: Paragraph 3: Full Vesting; Paragraph 8: Employee Data Privacy; Paragraph 9: Income Taxes and Social Insurance Contribution Withholding; and Paragraph 13: Discretionary Nature of the Plan; No Vested Rights. Plan Acknowledgment. The Plan in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C is satisfactory to Buyer in all material respects.
Plan Acknowledgment. Each of the undersigned agree that this Agreement has been executed and delivered, and the Options have been granted hereunder, in connection with and as a part of the compensation and incentive arrangements between the Company and Optionee and, except as otherwise specified herein, pursuant to each of the terms and conditions of the Plan. However, any of the provisions contained in this Agreement or even its existence may be considered as the provision by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries of a retribution consistent in or part of the salary or monthly basis wage pursuant to the applicable law. This Agreement does not have a salary nature for any labor or benefit purposes, in accordance with applicable law, and it is granted exclusively under the condition that it be considered as an additional benefit of a non-salary nature.
Plan Acknowledgment. In accepting the Award, the Employee acknowledges that he or she has received a copy of the Plan and the Agreement, including this Appendix A and Appendix B (if any), and has reviewed such documents in their entirety, fully understands the contents thereof and accepts all provisions of the Plan and the Agreement, including this Appendix A and Appendix B (if any).
