Common use of Plan Administrator Liaison Clause in Contracts

Plan Administrator Liaison. Plan Administrator shall designate a Contracting Authority, who will: a. Obtain and follow-up on additional service information; b. Verify eligibility of Participants; c. Assist in resolving claim disputes and recurring problems with the administration procedures specific to Member’s Plan; d. Report suspected fraud or other abuse of Member’s Plan; e. Evaluate other specific situations that warrant attention; and f. Coordinate with and assist HEBP on any matters necessary to facilitate the proper administration of this Agreement.
