Plan Documents. The Plan Administrator shall furnish to the HEBP all documents under which the Plan is established. The Plan Administrator may request, in writing, changes to the benefits or administration of the Plan within thirty (30) days in advance of such change. Plan Administrator understands that changes in benefits are subject to prior approval by HEBP and may result in adjustments to the Administrative Charge as explained in Subsection 3.05, Administrative Charges and Charges for Additional Services, below.
