Plan expiry. (a) All our products expire after a certain period of time – the Plan Expiry Period. (b) After the Plan Expiry Period for a PAYG Base Plan ends, any Credit are cancelled and there is no refund of those Credits. (c) After the Plan Expiry Period for a Mobile Plan, Data Pack, 1 Year Super Pack, Family Plan or Data Top Up ends, any Credits are cancelled – unless rollover applies under clause 15 – and there is no refund of those Credits.
